The bench stated that the Supreme Court (SC) had ruled that five percent raise in the fee of schools would be implemented by June 2017 and ordered the schools to return extra money charged from parents in this connection. The court also declared that five percent increase in the fee is also conditional with the approval of the government. Additional Advocate General told the bench that notices have been issued to all schools and action would be taken against those schools, which increased their fee by more than five percent.
